Due to the nature of our merchandise, we do not offer any type of refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
While we do not offer refunds, we do provide exchanges. You may exchange your item for another item of the same value. The exchange amount cannot exceed the original purchase price.
For layaway purchases, we do not offer any refunds for any payments or deposits made on layaway items. Once a payment or deposit is made towards a layaway, it is non-refundable. Please ensure you can complete the full layaway term before starting one.
For custom orders, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any deposits or payments made towards them. Custom orders are designed and crafted specifically for each customer, making them unique and non-transferable. Once work begins on a custom piece, all payments and deposits are final.
